Have you ever had plastic or elective surgery? Did you tell anyone? Why or why not?

Noooooooooooo. My pain threshold is far too low to consider surgery as a sport. The thought gives me the chills. That said, it's not the surgery itself that's difficult - it's what comes afterward. Not my idea of a good time.
